Refunds/Custom Order/Installment Policy/Media Permission Terms and conditions.

• “Client,” “Customer,” “You” — the individual or business purchasing a Main Event Belts product.

• “Main Event Belts,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” — the business operating under the brand Main Event Belts.

• “Custom Order” — any product designed or manufactured to the Client’s specifications.

• “Order” — a confirmed commitment to purchase, whether paid in full or via an instalment plan.

2. Made-to-Order / Custom Orders

All Main Event Belts products are handcrafted and made to order according to the Client’s specifications.

Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds are permitted.

Each item is custom-made for the Client and is not generally suitable for resale.

3. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

• All payments, deposits, and instalments are strictly non-refundable.

• There are no cancellations once design or production work has begun.

• No refunds will be given for:

  • Change of mind,

  • Financial circumstances of the Client,

  • Delays caused by the Client,

  • Dissatisfaction with elements previously approved in writing.

  By placing an order, the Client acknowledges they are commissioning a bespoke, non-resalable product.

4. Deposits, Payments & Instalment Plan

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve production time and begin design work.

• Installment payments are permitted at Main Event Belts’ discretion.

• All instalments must be paid monthly, consecutively, without interruption, until the balance is settled.

Missed Payment Policy

If a Client fails to make any scheduled instalment payment on or before the agreed monthly due date:

Main Event Belts reserves the right to cancel the order immediately. All payments made up to that point will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Production will not begin or will be suspended until the required payments are brought up to date. Any suspension caused by late payment may affect delivery timelines.

5. Artwork, Design Approval & Changes

• The Client will be provided with artwork, renderings, or mock-ups for approval before production commences.

• Once the Client approves the artwork/design in writing, no further changes are permitted.

• Any requested revisions prior to final approval may extend lead times and could incur additional charges.

Approvals must be provided in writing (email, message, or signed document).

6. Production Timeline

• Any delivery or production timelines quoted are estimates and not guarantees.

• Timelines may vary due to complexity, material availability, supplier lead times, or volume of orders.

• Main Event Belts is not responsible for delays outside its control, including but not limited to supplier delays, courier delays, or force majeure events.

7. Quality, Variations & Defects

• Each belt is handcrafted; slight variations in color, texture, etching depth, or finish are normal and part of the artisan process.

• Minor variations do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for refund.

• If the product is materially faulty (e.g., manufacturing defect), Main Event Belts will assess the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or other remedy at its discretion. Any claim for a manufacturing defect must be raised in writing within a reasonable period after delivery and include photographic evidence. We photograph each belt made before being placed in the shipping box.

8. Shipping & Risk

• The Client is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client once the item is handed to the courier or collection service.

• Any insurance claims for loss or damage in transit are the Client’s responsibility and should be pursued with the courier unless agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after approving a custom order will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

• Main Event Belts reserves the right to provide evidence to the payment provider and to pursue recovery of outstanding sums, including reasonable collection or legal costs.

10. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, templates, renderings, and production files remain the intellectual property of Main Event Belts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The Client receives only the physical product; ownership of digital files, tooling, or templates is not transferred unless explicitly stated.

11. Media Use & Marketing Permission

By placing an order, the Client grants Main Event Belts permission to:

• Photograph or video the design and finished product, and

• Use those images and videos for marketing, portfolio display, social media, website content, printed materials, advertising, trade shows, and other promotional purposes.

This permission is worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before production begins. Requests for confidentiality (e.g., surprise items or private commissions) must be made in writing prior to production and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Main Event Belts’ liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the products supplied is limited to the price paid by the Client for the relevant product. Main Event Belts is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses.

13. Governing Terms & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Main Event Belts regarding the custom order. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By paying a deposit, installment or full balance, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the No Refund / No Cancellation policy, the Instalment and Missed Payment Policy, and the Media Use & Marketing Permission.

Payment = Agreement to These Terms.
